Thanks for all the hard work.  Server’s going down is a huge problem, and you were amazing how fast  you were on the problem.  Too bad Dell screwed up the parts shipment, but at least it is back running.  You really did a great job getting it up and running so quickly, and to have all the data is a testament to the backup system you have designed.
